Air Cargo Facility

The Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport has an air cargo facility capable of accommodating any small, medium, or large air cargo operation. There is ample property next to a highway interchange for a hub operation.

Air Cargo Facility #1 This includes a currently occupied building of 24,650 square feet with a 435,000 square foot (40,412 square meter) aircraft apron and taxiway leading to a 9003-foot (2744 meter) runway. The apron is capable of accommodating any size aircraft, up to a Boeing 747 aircraft. There are expansion areas available adjacent to this facility that can accommodate an immediate additional 80,000 square foot (7,432 square meter) building. This building has its own two-lane roadway and parking lot for truck traffic. There is a vacancy in this facility. About 100 acres (40 hectares) of property adjacent to the runway available for additional development.
